Our 2025 Impact Report is here!  We would like to thank all partners and donors who made it possible for us to sustain our programs and activities throughout 2025.

Each year, we are reminded that behind every class, program, and milestone is a young person working toward a different future. Across the EYC community, students, staff, and supporters come together to help students build the futures they deserve—gaining the skills and accessing the opportunities needed to pursue paths beyond what was previously possible.

Although 2025 brought significant challenges, including the loss of USAID as a partner, we remained resilient — relying on our team’s dedication and a continued commitment to strengthening our programs and developing innovative approaches that create more opportunities for our students.

As we enter EYC’s third decade, we recognize a rapidly changing environment that calls for greater sustainability and a stronger focus on equipping our older students with the skills they need to succeed in the labor market.

We aim to continue innovating by increasing students’ exposure to technology and encouraging more advanced learning in digital fields while also investing in our staff so they can provide the highest level of guidance, skills, and support.
